Within this period we have progressed step by step trying to achieve our aims honorably. The contestants both male and female who are being trained by the Seishinryu Sri Lanka branch to part in Provincial Island events International events and obtained distinguished results.
All that is our past, We have to achieve a lot in the future. If we continue training with pure thought it is our contention that we will reap a rich harvest.
