The Seishinryu Karate Teaches Children
After School Karate program provides a
martial arts education which teaches discipline, respect, self-control,
concentration, goal setting, positive thinking and of course, self-defense. It
helps the children get healthy, well- balanced physical exercise while improving
self-confidence.
Children will learn self-discipline, self-respect, self-control and self-
confidence.
This program builds self-esteem and helps the student gain confidence. Respect
for others and self-discipline are integral parts of our program. Practical
self-defense is taught with emphasis on using defense techniques only when
absolutely necessary. Children are taught self-control and to control anger in a
healthy way.
